I started today by fitting the flap drive motor to the F-766A flap drive channel with the F-766B angle and F-766C plate. I ran the flap drive motor to its stops, calculated the mid drive position and set it to the mid postion. I installed the unit along with the F-785A backrest brace and fitted the F-760 covers then match drilled the backrest brace to the covers. I also match drilled the F-758 flap actuator channel brackets to the F-766A flap actuator channel ending by disassembling and deburring everything as well as drilling the nut plate holes in the F-785A backrest brace. Then I cut the F-759A flap push rods to length from stock tubing followed by drilling and tapping of the tubing for rod ends. I finished the day by fitting the left gear leg mount. I few iterations were required.
